Super Soul Shakedown & KRTU’s own JJ Lopez has had a hell of a couple of weeks. He just graduated from college & then got accepted to another program @ Univ of the Incarnate Word, then his longtime girlfriend, Mari, graduated as well, then his birthday was this past Saturday & to top it off, JJ & Mari decided that it was time to get married & they made it happen on his birthday!

So Donnie Dee & I covered his radio show this past weekend & decided to take an angle of all lovey dovey soul music in honor of JJ & Mari’s blessed union…sometimes you gotta go there for the right occasions & we sure as hell did.
